The History of Refresh  -  It's simple really, It began with a dream that became a reality in 2004 when the women of Northwest went to Dooralong Valley Resort with their friends.  The dream then continued into 2006 with the Refresh Retreat opening up to all denominations and their friends at Peppers Fairmont Resort, Blue Mountains.

One dream, a supportive church, a faithful team and a loving God with the purpose of taking women somewhere beautiful, where they can refresh, relax and experience the love of God.    A testament to the fact that when you believe - dreams can come true.
