REGISTRATION:

Option 1: $359 (pay before 1st September) *
Option 2: $399 (pay from 2nd September til 1st October) *
Option 3: $209 (pay before 1st September) **
Option 4: $239 (from 2nd September til 1st October) **
Option 5: $60 1/2 day Saturday only.***

*Options 1and 2 are all inclusive staying at Turners and include accommodation at Turners Vineyard Friday and Saturday night; supper Friday evening; Saturday breakfast, morning tea, lunch and dinner. Sunday breakfast, morning tea and lunch; All programs throughout the weekend, except optional Saturday pm program.

**Options 3 and 4 do not include accommodation or breakfast. They do include supper Friday evening; Saturday morning tea, lunch and dinner. Sunday morning tea and lunch; All programs throughout the weekend, except optional Saturday pm program.

***Option 5 includes Saturday morning tea and lunch. Saturday programs throughout the morning. 

Registrations close 1st October, 2010.

 

CANCELLATIONS: In the event that you should need to cancel your registration, full refund is available if the cancellation is made in writing prior to 1st September, 2010.  Mail to PO Box 231, Castle Hill, NSW, 1765, Australia.  After this date the registration may be transferred to another person by notifying us in writing.

 

RETREAT COSTS DO NOT INCLUDE:  Friday meals (except Supper); alchohol (may be bought at bar, no BYO); Saturday afternoon activies such as workshops; any items of a personal nature such as telephone calls, laundry and miscellaneous room charges.  Also it does not include travel insurance for your property and/ or cancellation costs. If you are staying elsewhere it is only your accommodation, breakfast and workshops that your payment does not include.  All other meals and items on the program are included.

 

ACCOMMODATION: There is limited accomodation available at Turners Vineyard for Full registraitons.  This will be offered on a first come first served basis.

 

GST: The registration price does not include GST as the retreat is considered a ‘religious service’.  Should you require a tax in voice for your records, please photocopy the Registration form prior to sending it to us. 


PRIVACY POLICY: We may utilise your information to notify you of news at Northwest. We may also disclose your information to third parties where we believe necessary to assist us with organising and providing services for the Retreat. However this information will be limited in use and not used for any other purpose than for the Refresh Retreat.

INSURANCE: Whilst every care is taken Turners Vineyard & Northwest Community Baptist Church will not be responsible for damage or loss to goods left on their premises before, during or after your stay.

 

DISCLAIMER: Northwest reserves the right to amend the Retreat programme without notice.
The Retreat experience will be captured in both photographs and video. Northwest reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes.

 

CHILDREN: There will not be any facilities for children under 16yrs of age over the weekend, however we may be able to make allowances for nursing mums.

Children turning 16 close to November 2010 and up to 18yrs of age are welcome to register but must be accompanied by an adult.

 

ALCOHOL: No BYO. The Retreat will be alcohol friendly for those 18 years and older. However, responsible consumption of alcohol will be expected (as per the NWCBC Alcohol policy).

 

OPTIONAL SATURDAY PM PROGRAM: Optional programs and their pricing will be available through the Refresh Retreat Guide which will be sent to all registered persons after September 2010.
