Our mission is to bring emotional, physical, spiritual and intellectual refreshment to women in order to resource them for the next step in their life’s journey.

Our vision is to take women to a place of natural beauty, tranquillity and peace where they will be given the opportunity to reflect upon themselves through the eyes of God.

Overview

Refresh Retreat is held biennially, and generally changes destination and theme each time.

2004 - Dooralong Valley Resort - Theme 'Refreshment'

2006 & 2008 - Fairmont Resort, Blue Mountains - Theme 'Somewhere over the rainbow' using courage, wisdom and love as talk topics.

2010 - Turners Vineyard, Orange - Theme 'Once upon a time'.

Refresh is non denominational and a gift to women who have a heart to share their journey with their friends, whether they attend a church or not.

We are very fortunate to be supported in this vision by Northwest Community Baptist Church who take responsibility for Refresh Retreat.

Previous Retreats have included approx 150-250 guests coming from 50 different churches, 7 different denominations and many that don’t attend church at all.

We are very excited about going to Orange in November and look forward to seeing you there.
